Refund policy

Refunds and Returns
Because of the nature of the products we sell, Garden Variety Organics does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is fulfilled. All sales are final.

Order Cancelation Fee
Once an order is fulfilled, it will not be canceled or refunded. If a customer cancels an order before we fulfill the order, we will charge the customer a cancelation fee unless the cancellation is due to our lack of inventory or inability to fulfill the order within 30 days of the order being placed. The order cancellation fee is 15% of the order total. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

Warranty Claims
For warranty claims, please contact the product manufacturer. Garden Variety Organics does not process warranty claims or issue refunds for defective products.

Shipping Claims
If your order was damaged or lost during shipment, you must file a claim with the shipping company. Garden Variety Organics does not process shipping claims for customers.

Product Substitution
In the event that a product has been ordered and is not in stock or is no longer available, Garden Variety Organics may elect to fulfill the order with a substitute of equal or greater value that is equivalent in quantity, purpose and function, at no extra cost to the customer.
